Cookies are Disabled!

JRAmericas.com requires that you have cookies enabled when purchasing products. Cookies are used to associate the items in your shopping cart with your browser in the most secure way. In modern web browsers cookies are enabled by default. However, they can be disabled manually, via alternate actions such as enabling private browsing or via a third party application.

To enable cookies, do the following:

Internet Explorer Users-

First, if you are using Internet Explorer 8 or higher, make sure that InPrivate Browsing is not enabled. It it is already disabled, then do the following:

  1. Go to Tools > Internet Options
  2. Select the Privacy tab
  3. Use the slider to select a privacy setting at or below Medium High
  4. Press OK

If that doesn't solve the problem, on the Privacy tab in step 2, click Advanced and uncheck 'Override automatic cookie handling'

And, if that doesn't solve the problem, configure Internet Explorer to always accept cookies from JRAmericas.com by doing the following:

  1. Go to Tools > Internet Options
  2. Select the Privacy tab
  3. Click the Sites button
  4. Check the list for JRAmericas.com. If found, select and click the Remove button
  5. Enter JRAmericas.com enter the Address of website field and click the Allow button

Firefox Users-

  1. Go to Tools > Options or Firefox > Preferences (Mac users)
  2. Select the Privacy tab
  3. Check "Accept cookies from sites"
  4. Press OK

Safari Users-

First, make sure that you are not in Private Browsing mode. If you are not, then do the following:

  1. Go to Edit > Preferences or Safari > Preferences (Mac users)
  2. Select the Security tab
  3. Choose "Always" or "Only from sites you navigate to" in the Accept cookies section
  4. Close the preferences window

If you have followed the above instructions and continue to see this notice, then you most likely have a third party application that has been configured to either block cookies or delete them after they have been set. Check your computer to see if you have installed an application such as AdAware, Cookie Monster, or Webroot Window Washer. If so, refer to their help files for instructions on disabling the cookie blocking features.

One you have enabled cookies, click the continue button. If you see this notice again it means that cookies have not yet been sucessfully enabled.
